Automatic verification of the entered data
Always after you save the data Cibule performs its formal verification and possible errors and warnings are displayed immediately.
Furthermore, there is the button Formal verification in the list of EQA rounds available for data entering. It serves to perform the verification of all the data entered for the given round.
The use of this button brings several advantages to the user:
- Checks all entered data at once (e.g. if the application alerted you during the data entry about a lack of any item and you have decided to solve this matter later,
you do not have to remember in which test this occurred or scan all tests individually again - just run this verification).
- Beyond the scope of normal checks that Cibule performs already during data entry there are made also some extra checks
that make sense to be performed after entering all data for the EQA round. Cibule verifies the following:
programme KO: the results of all tests should be measured on a single system (machine).
programme DIF: the sum of portions of individual cells in the leukocytes count must be 1,000 and the results should be entered for all tests.
That is why we do recommend to use the Formal verification button always after finishing the entering of all results of the round.
