Group administrator

For some customers (larger organizations) who have multiple participants in EQA, it may be useful if one participant is able to manage other participants (example: hospital laboratory controls the participation of the hospital glucometers in the EQA).
SEKK may appoint a particular participant as an administrator of a group of other participants. This step is done by SEKK and based on the request received by e-mail (the participant cannot appoint itself as a group administrator).

The group administrator is allowed:

• View identification information (addresses) of group members and modify it by making requests.
• View orders of group members and modify it by making requests.
• View results of group members and generate reports (Confirmation of attendance, Certificate).

The group administrator is not allowed:

• Enter or change the results of group members (each group member enters their own results).
